Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping! Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing & Production Time

Because all of our pieces are handcrafted, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new collection launch or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time Shipping Cost

Standard Shipping 5 - 7 business days = $8.00/ Free for orders over $150

Expedited Shipping 2 - 3 business days = $15.00+ depending on location

Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasonal volumes. Estimated delivery times apply after the processing period is complete.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages, Lost Packages, & Issues

We pack every order with care to ensure it arrives safely.

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at lindsay@engineerbeautifully.com so we can help make it right.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office before reaching out to us.
