Returns Window

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at lindsay@engineerbeautifully.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
